Your interest in joining the Shahid Mahdavi Educational Foundation is greatly appreciated. Please ensure that you complete the questionnaire thoroughly and with great care, keeping the following points in mind;

The admission capacity for the 11th grade is limited.
To qualify for pre-registration, candidates must have an excellent GPA and must achieve a score higher than 19 in Mathematics, English Language, and General Behavior during the first semester of the current academic year.
It is important to note that completing the pre-registration form and taking the admission examination does not guarantee a student's final registration in the institution.
Should the results of the Admission Exam meet the requirements, parents will be contacted for an interview.
Attendance of both the student and parents at the interview is compulsory
The registration process must be conducted exclusively through the registration department. Please refrain from submitting applications to other departments or staff members within the institution.

Requirements for Enrollment in International schools include having one of the following conditions:
* Residence permit of a foreign country
* Second Passport
* Report card showing at least year of study from a school outside Iran.
